These are a few of the amazing pictures of the Milford Sound in the Southern Island of New Zealand.
I visited New Zealand in the summer of 2004 but you will note that some of the peaks still had snow on them. You would never guess by looking at the pictures but the day I visited it was only 1 degree but the sky was as blue as a sapphire. The drive from Te Anau to the Milford Sound was nearly two hours.
The final journey before you actually reach the Sound is to travel via the Homer Tunnel... this was quite an experience and has to be taken to be believed. Enjoy the pictures!

Some of the digital pics taken during my very first visit to Sydney, Australia.
I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel at Circular Quay so I was close to practically everything.
A visit to the Sydney Observatory was the highlight of my stay there... I will add these pictures to the gallery very soon.
Darling Harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge at night were, in my opinion, the best pictures I took with my new Panasonic Lumix Digital camera, which I brought just for this trip. Enjoy the pics!

These are only some of the digital pics taken during the long drive along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia.
The Twelve Apostles are slowly crumbling away and unfortunately I only got to see them as the sun was setting, so another trip to see them in the daylight is definitely on the agenda.
The Puffing Billy Railway was also a great highlight... travelling on the train powered by steam went slowly but was great because you got to see everything instead of rushing past it all.
These are some of the best pictures I took with my Panasonic Lumix Digital camera, Hope you enjoy the pics!
